01 3D clothing
Compatibility with, or acceptance of, orders involving Roblox 3D / Layered Clothing is not guaranteed. Whether 3D clothing can be used will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must be discussed with me privately before ordering.

02 Refunds
Refunds are not available once work has started or is halfway completed. Significant time and effort go into each order, and last-minute cancellations are unfair to me as a designer.
03 Age requirement
- You must be 12 years or older to place an order.
- If your payment method involves a transfer (e.g. PayPal, bank transfer), you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- Discord's Terms of Service also apply when communicating with me on Discord.
04 Payment (50% upfront requirement)
- A 50% upfront payment is required before I begin working on your order.
- This policy protects against scams and ensures that my time is valued.
05 Honesty & fair dealing
Honesty is key! Please be transparent about your needs and expectations to avoid:
- Wasting time on unnecessary revisions.
- Misleading feedback that affects the quality of my work.
- Disputes over payment after work has been completed.
06 Respect & communication
- Be respectful when communicating with me. Rude behavior will not be tolerated.
- Follow the NoHello method when messaging — get straight to the point instead of just saying "Hi."
07 Delays & compensation
- Delays may happen, but I will inform you if they do.
- In some cases, I may offer a discount depending on the length of the delay.
08 Providing clear instructions
- The more detailed and clear your description, the better the final product will match your vision.
- Vague descriptions can lead to misinterpretations and unnecessary revisions.
09 Order cancellation
- I reserve the right to cancel any order at any time if I believe the work will be used for inappropriate purposes, or if I am uncomfortable with the request.
- If I cancel after partial or full payment, a refund will be issued.
10 No time wasting
- Do not request discounts or free services without a valid reason.
- My prices reflect the effort, time, and skill required for each project.
11 Character limit per order
Each GFX product has a limit on the number of characters included:

Need more characters? You can purchase additional characters at 400 Robux or $1.50 per extra character.
